You have the entire upstairs apartment to yourself. It's accessible from a very private entrance just past your own outdoor sitting area. The open modern kitchen has a pullout microwave, dishwasher drawer, gas cook-top with exhaust and oven. The living room has lots of windows with beautiful treetop views of the neighborhood and sunset. The private bedroom can be completely shut off from your living area, making it perfect for guests desiring their separate sleeping areas. It is a very quiet and cozy space to relax in for several days.

From inside the front door there is one flight of steps leading to the living area of the apartment. There is only one clothes storage closet located in the bedroom of the apartment. Guests sleeping in the pull-out couch would not have their own separate closet.
