The studio has windows in every room making it light-filled with the option of having fresh air all-day long. Or you can use the studio A/C and heater that you control. The studio is part of the same building as our home with a separate private entrance. There’s no access from our home into or through the apartment. It is totally private. You walk in to the light-filled studio thru your own private entrance directly into the kitchen area. There is a counter-height dining table & chairs that can also serve as a workspace. The kitchen is fully stocked for light meals. The bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is directly off the eat-in kitchen. Your bathroom has a tiled shower and endless hot water. This cozy and compact studio has a clever use of space yet tons of storage. The bedroom closet has room for your suitcase and plenty of space for your clothes. There are also additional pillows for your use. The kitchen area has tons of drawers and a large cabinet with additional storage. In addition to coffee-maker and tea-kettle, you'll also a find a toaster and an induction portable cook-top with the needed pots & pans if you're up for cooking a simple meal. The studio has all the amenities you would find in a hotel room costing twice as much and then some. There's no key needed because the studio has a Nest-Yale digital lock. This allows for self check-in and check-out and no worries on keeping track of keys.

The studio is in a quiet neighborhood of million-dollar homes with their beautiful gardens and trees. Enjoy a leisure walk to Historic Floral Park with $1 million + homes from the 1920's and 30's. Disneyland is an 11 minute drive and Newport Beach is 22 minutes away. UCI Hospital is 1.5 miles away and Children's Hospital of OC is 1.7 miles away. Chapman University is 10 minutes away. Starbucks, Target and a major national stores are within a 5-minute drive. UC Irvine is 9.1 miles away. John Wayne Airport 15 minutes away. Corona del Mar 22 minutes away. Laguna Beach 30 minutes away.
Guest Access
The entire apartment is yours to use and all of the spaces are your private space. The only areas that is shared is the outdoor space in the front of the house. There is plenty of free street parking at the entrance of our home, only 30 feet from the door.

Uber/Lyft usually arrive at the studio within 10 minutes of a request. The entrance to the 5, 57 and 22 highways are all less than 1 mile away from the apartment. The apartment is also a 6-minute walk to a Starbucks and Planet Fitness.
