Good to know
Perfect for a single person, a couple, small group or a family with children. Twin trundle is comfortable even for adults! Bedroom has memory foam beds, a large 65" smart TV and fast wifi. Own closet and dresser. AC is usually kept on at all times during the summer, heating is usually on at all times during winter but we also provide a space heater. BED BREAKDOWN: 1 - Full Bed 1 - Twin Bed with Twin Trundle *** There are dogs on the property and the home is shared with a one year old *** No access to the backyard because of our pets. Front yard is available - bocce court, string lights and seating available. Please use your best judgement if you think you will be ok with the bed breakdown. If you have any other questions, please ask prior to reserving home.
Other Details to Note
This home is located in an area with a lot of greenery and wild life. Please be aware that there are lizards roaming around the property, there may be bugs outside, you may see other wild life like: squirrels, raccoons, opossums, coyotes, etc. We do pest control monthly to prevent critters from going inside home but it is not 100% guaranteed. You must be ok with this prior to booking as we have no control over mother nature. This is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with older residents so please be respectful of our neighbors. Home is located in a loop that always has people and dog owners walking around. Minutes to downtown Santa Ana, restaurants and entertainment. Freeway access is just outside of the neighborhood.

Guest Access
Street parking only - except Tuesdays you can park in the driveway from 10am to 12pm while the street sweeper passes by. No access to the other bedrooms, garage and backyard. We do have 3 friendly dogs that are kept in the yard for most of the day. We rent the backyard to other dog owners.
