ROOM BREAKDOWN: Primary Bedroom: 1 King Bed and 1 Crib - 2 Adults Fit Secondary Bedroom: 1 King Bed - 2 Adults Fit Kids Bedroom: Twin Bunk Bed and 1 Full Bed - 2 Kids and Perhaps 2 People or Kids on the Full bed. Detached Bedroom: 1 - King Bed - 2 Adults Fit ** Has a private entrance and is detached from the main home. There is no bathroom in the room so you must go to the main house if you need to use.** Living Room: 1 Twin Ottoman Pull Out Bed - 1 Person 3 Doggy Crates - 2 Large and 1 Small Family Room: 1 Queen Pull Out Sofa - 2 Adults ***There are 2 Twin Rollaway Beds Also Available*** GARAGE: Is a game room with arcade games, pool table, ping pong table and gym equipment. Driveway is gated and can fit up to 7 cars so there is plenty of space to park even without the garage. Please use your best judgement if you think your family will be ok with the bed breakdown. If you have any other questions, please ask prior to reserving home. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and all mattresses are memory foam.

This home is located in an area with a lot of greenery and wild life. Please be aware that there are lizards roaming around the property, there may be bugs outside, you may see other wild life like: squirrels, raccoons, opossums, coyotes, etc. We do pest control monthly to prevent critters from going inside home but it is not 100% guaranteed. You must be ok with this prior to booking as we have no control over mother nature.
