This is a culturally diverse up-and-coming neighborhood. You'll be returning to a safe and secure haven after your daily explorations. This is a small complex used for short term stays. Noise levels may fluctuate but I always enforce quiet hours between 10pm to 7am within the property lines.

Home comes with one reserved parking: #1 Due to limited spaces, any additional parking spot within the complex - in the gated garage - will be $10 a night. There is also a public parking lot about 3 homes down for a fee or on the weekends, you may park across the complex in the "court" parking lot. Courts are closed Fri after 6pm through Sunday midnight. TOP ATTRACTIONS: • 405, 55, 73 Freeways are under 1 mile away • Center of DTSA • Newport Beach (5.7 mi/9.1 km) • John Wayne Airport (2.9 mi/4.6 km) • Oc Fair Grounds (1.6 mi/2.5 km) • Disneyland (6.5 mi/10.4 km I recommend taking Uber or a Lyft to nearby attractions. Downtown is also walking distance away.
