Pets are allowed by pre-approval only. We require an additional pet cleaning fee of $25 for small dogs per day and $45 for big dogs per day. Please check with us in advance if bringing your furry friend, as certain breeds are not acceptable due to insurance reasons. There is an attached 1-bedroom rental unit on the property, which shares one common wall of the house. The unit is designed with meticulous privacy in mind with a separate entrances and not sharing any spaces with the house If you are interested in renting the attached rental unit, please let us know since this home and apartment can be rented together under a separate AirBnB listing. There is also an upstairs apartment, which is accessible from the opposite side of the property. You would never interact with or even see the guests staying in that apartment, except while walking in the beautiful tree-lined neighborhood. We, as owners of the home, would use that apartment the few weeks a year that we're not traveling. The pool is completely private. You can choose to heat the pool for an additional fee. The cost would be from $95 per day to $150 per day. Due to the fluctuating costs of gas in California, these rates can change or may not be available at all. Please check with us for exact rates and availability during your particular stay. A 4-night minimum is required. There are two full propane tanks provided for your use during your visit for the BBQ grill and outdoor fire-pit. We supply sufficient paper goods to get you started - 2 rolls of toilet paper in every bathroom, paper towels, trash-bags, etc. Smoking, illegal drugs and firearms are not permitted on property. Parties are not permitted. Due to this being a residential area, please respect the noise curfew from 10pm-8am. There are cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety and ours. :) Please, no extra visitors or guests except for those on the initial booking. If you would like to add guests or visitors, please obtain approval from the host in writing through the AirBnB platform. AirBnB reservations are not transferable to other individuals. Therefore, the individual making the reservation must be the one staying on the property.

You have access to the entire home and the backyard with pool area as well as the side and front yards. You have shared access of the driveway with your part accessed from Baker Street while another guest access it on Park Lane.

There is a driveway entrance on Park Lane and one on Baker Street. Uber/Lyft usually arrive within 10 minutes of a request. The house is also a 6-minute walk to a Starbucks and Planet Fitness.
